Out With The Old, In With The New

While I do realise Bladerunner 2020 has been a long, difficult and tiring year for many of us thanks to the COVID crisis and it's only natural for us to hope for the better come the new year, thankfully (and mercifully) I and my elderly mother got through the past year pretty much unscathed (touch wood) and I hope that will continue into 2021.

To be honest, the doodle is me being apprehensive about the fallout post-COVID times.

Bright Spell

Noticed it was unusually bright in my famed west-facing hobby room at 11 am, it was caused by the low winter noon sun glinting off the Strait of Dover as well as a wet Folkestone harbour.

It's a Corona Christmas.

Dame Barbara Windsor has passed away aged 83 after a long fight with dementia.

Evening Lights Take Two

 

Revisited the Old High Street at Folkestone this evening. I wasn't happy with the first set taken on Saturday after spotting a hair on the lens, so I had another go this evening but this time with a hair-free camera.
