A Snowy Morning
Heavy snow fall at my work location for most of this morning. My workplace is perched 400 feet above sea level and is 6 miles inland from the English Channel.

Monkeh and Son
Hands Up Who Doesn't . . . .
It is being a truly wet day today, so I thought I'd fire up the ol' creative juices and have fun involving my camera and oddily shaped vegetables.
I opened a packet of spuds as I prepared to do the Sunday roast . . . and came across this heart shaped thing, so I had to put it to good use!
I'm very happy with the concept but it was hard work getting the lighting right on the spud itself and then choosing the right kind of font to complete the set up.
Mind you, it isn't the first time I've been messing about with fruits and vegetable (now that sounded a bit wrong, didn't it).

Summer's Last Final Gasp
This tired looking fella appeared from nowhere to rest on my finger. I was in my greenhouse workplace at the time, but I didn't rate his chances very much once I let him go.
Now, the clever thing with this photo is that it was taken on a . . . . mobile phone. I will be honest and admit that the photo has been touched up slightly on my computer but I was impressed with the image quality of the photo straight out of the mobile.
