Black Cat Appreciation Day

Tried to celebrate this special day by doing another photo shoot with my Jet, but unfortunately he wasn't in the mood to be a compliant model. I think it was late and he wanted his sleep.

Mid-Summer Fireworks

A fireworks display occurred at the harbour this evening, but this time I was ready for it.

PS: I felt the last shot has some interest as I spotted a kid playing with a sparkler shortly before the fireworks were due to start.

Harbour Arm

Folkestone's Harbour Arm was reopened to the public for the first time in three years after repairs and restoration has been carried out on it, complete with shops and cafes set up on it. It is still incomplete but it hadn't deterred people turning up in their hundreds.
