Noticed this wall of sea fog forming over the English Channel while I was on my way home from work at 4 pm.
By the time I found myself an ideal vantage point at over the hills to the north of Folkestone, the fog was almost upon me. What was striking was the comfort factor as it went from feeling warm in bright sunshine to icy coldness under grey foggy skies in the space of half an hour.
